Wonder Woman Workout online: LiiT style training for perimenopause and menopausal women. Cardio workout and resistance training to help maintain strength and cardio fitness. Class takes place in standing with no floor work

Pilates Online: suitable for those with some pilates experience

Tai-chi qigong: A great way to improve balance, coordination and strength. It is also good for your mental health helping to reduce stress and mange anxiety whilst you focus on the moves and being present in the moment. It is a meditation in movement.
